Dashboard Navigation
The Dashboard is set up in a way to provide relevant, easy-to-find information.
Top Navigation
Change Facilities
- Depending on where your user account resides, you'll be able to navigate to other locations.
- Click on the Location dropdown to see the locations in your organization, and click on the name of the location you wish to see.
- Users and resident/patients belonging to specific locations should be added only after selecting that location through this navigation.
- All information rolls up on a hairachy structure.
User Account
- Click on "My Account" under the User dropdown.
- Personal and account information can be viewed/changed under the "Name and Email" and "Online Profile" tabs.
- Settings for alerts, email, and text notifications can be viewed/changed in the "Notification Settings" tab.
- The "Digital Signature" tab contains instructions to gain a notarized username and password if needed.
Main Navigation
Home
- The Dashboard is the home page for MeSA. To learn more about the Dashboard, see the "Dashboard Modules" section of this help topic.
Patients/Residents
- A list of all the patients/residents in the selected location is displayed here.
- Remember that this list will change depending on which location you are viewing.
MeSA Search
- A list of completed MeSA Reports is displayed here for the selected location.
- Search criteria can be entered to help search for specific MeSA reports.
- Remember that this list will change depending on which location you are viewing.
Setup
- Information for internal users, external users, and locations can be accessed through this tab.
Dashboard Modules
Quick Tasks
- This module contains links to tasks that will be performed often at the selected location level.
Recent MeSA Reports
- MeSA Reports completed in the last 7 days for the selected location will display here.
User Sign Ups
- When an invited user creates an account, their name will display here.
User Messages
- Secure communication to all users within the selceted location is done here.
Invited Users
- When a user has been invited but has not yet created an account, their name will display here.
Patients/Residents Without MeSA Report
- If there is any patient/resident who has not had a completed MeSA Report, their name will display here.
